Who answers, and in what language
Batecs is a Spanish building company: Spanish trades, Spanish rules and more than 35 years of both. English is simply how we keep you inside your own project.
- The same person all the way through. Whoever picks up your call or opens your email is the one who comes to see the house and writes the quote. Nothing is handed on to a colleague who was never there.
- Everything comes back in English. The quote and what sits behind each line; whether the job needs a building licence (licencia de obra) or a responsible declaration (declaración responsable), and who applies for it; and how the work is going once it starts. The paperwork itself stays Spanish, because a Spanish town hall issues it — what changes is that you know what it says before you sign it.
